Pointe de Menarch
Near to the picturesque town of Pont L'Aven, you will find Pointe de Merarch where you can follow the coastal path along the cliffs for miles or spend a more relaxing day on the quaint little beach.
Pont Aven
Pont Aven is a delightful town with a waterfall running through the centre. There are several gift and ceramic shops, / art galleries, cafes and restaurants and boat trips out to sea.
Quimper
The Cathedral City of Quimper is always worth a visit and is only 20 minutes drive from Sainte Marine, or if you prefer, take a boat trip along the Odet Estuary. Along the cobbled streets there are lots of shops, art galleries, restaurants and of course the magnificent Cathedral in the central square.
Relax on the Beach or a Scenic Walk ?

The delighful little beach lies opposite the port at Pointe de Menarch and you can watch the fising boats coming in to off-load and sell their catch.
Pointe de la Torche
You could watch the waves crashing over the rocks all day at Pointe de la Torche - but don't get too close! The beach here is wild and natural and so is the sea which makes it ideal for surfing and body boarding.

The beach is surrounded by sand dunes and is dramatic and wild. There are a couple of creperies and a large free car park behind the dunes.
