The kitchen is well equipped with the usual fridge, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle and a washing machine and further fridge/freezer can be found in the adjoining garage/utility. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen and in the lounge/dining room there is a table and chairs to comfortably accommodate six people. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, a nest of table, huge log burner, satellite television and DVD player. The property is heated by electric panel heaters in each room with the wood burner being available for the colder months. .

Outside, the gardens surround the property and make it a very private and safe garden. There is a brick built barbecue, patio dining set with a parasol and two sun lounger's for soaking up the sun.
